Outstanding service! I started the car buying process online with Antrim Way Honda , as I was really just looking to see what they had available. A seamless online process lead me to the dealership a few hours later and met my salesman , Tommy Detweiler who demonstrated a solid knowledge of Honda vehicles . The hardest part was picking out a vehicle, but my online pick was available and once I drove it , it was a match!! The following day, I picked up my new beauty ! Another great experience! After 150,000 miles on a 2005 Odyssey EX-L, bought at Antrim Way Honda through Greg Keihl, I decided to purchase a new 2018 Pilot, again through Greg. After 150,000 miles on a 2005 Odyssey EX-L, bought at Antrim Way Honda through Greg Keihl, I decided to purchase a new 2018 Pilot, again through Greg. I couldn't have had a nicer, more pleasant, knowledgeable or more non-pressure salesman than him. He is always there to answer questions and is a true pleasure to work with. You get a real sense of family as the whole staff is available to help. I would also like to thank Chris Edwards for moving us through the paper work smoothly and efficiently. This is our 4th Honda purchased at Antrim Way, and we have always had our servicing done here. The service staff, especially Dwight and Chad, is extremely thorough and pleasant to work with. Patient, responsive and speedy service I unexpectedly found myself shopping for a new car when my 2012 Honda Fit Sport, with a mere 79,002 miles on it, was totaled by a distracted driver wh I unexpectedly found myself shopping for a new car when my 2012 Honda Fit Sport, with a mere 79,002 miles on it, was totaled by a distracted driver who failed to notice me stopped at a Stop sign; failed to be aware that there even WAS a Stop sign. I wished to purchase another Honda Fit Sport with a variety of safety devices (Honda Sensing), but few were to be found in a four-state area. One eventually was found at a distant dealer and brought to Antrim where I test drove it. The salesman, Greg, was a good listener and responsive. He was very knowledgeable about the car's features and fully understood what I was looking for. He was good at explaining the car's safety devices and programs that were different (an upgrade) from my 2012 model. I felt in command of the car and its assisted driver devices before I left the dealer. Chris was efficient and clear in explaining financing features and the various warranties. Taken together, it was a positive experience even though it began with a stressful accident. BTW, my 2012 Honda kept me safe in a serious "rear-end" accident. And I learned that once "crumple zones" crumple, you can't safely "uncrumple" them! More
