Only downfall is we had to seek out a salesperson ourselves after walking the lot for 10-15 minutes and he didn’t introduce himself so we weren’t sure of his name. Easiest car buying experience From the minute we walked into Antrim Way’s parking lot, we could tell this car buying experience was different from the last experience at Chapman Fo From the minute we walked into Antrim Way’s parking lot, we could tell this car buying experience was different from the last experience at Chapman Ford in Lancaster. Instead of hounding us as soon as we stepped foot in the lot, we were given time to explore. When we were ready to talk to someone, Tom Detweiler answered any and all of our questions. He thoroughly went over the features of the car and then gave us freedom to test drive it without the need for a chaperone. When I wasn’t sure which model I wanted, he helped weigh the pros and cons of both considering our situation and needs. We are car enthusiasts and this was our 17th car purchase. It was by and far, the easiest and most pleasant experience we have ever had. It will be difficult to go anywhere else in the future as all will be compared to Tom and Antrim Way. More

He easily answered all of my questions and was very pleasant to work with through the entire buying process. No high pressure sales, which I greatly appreciated. On the evening I picked up my car, Greg patiently walked me through all of the features of my vehicle before I hit the road on my own. I was especially impressed with the dealership when I learned that they chose to install new brakes, rotors, 4 tires, alignment, battery & repair a windshield chip prior to me taking ownership of the car. They felt these areas weren't up to their standards. The advertised price did not change. I look forward to returning for free car washes and semi-annual detailing to keep my new ride looking good and I know that I will be telling all of my friends about Antrim Way Honda and the professional, friendly crew who work there.
