DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. I went to look at a 2500 truck. I was going to trade in my 2013 1500 that is in perfect shape. They tried offering some ridiculous trade in value. So I agreed to come in the following day to purchase the truck. On the actual day I was going to purchase the truck, 24 hours after the previous phone call, I texted the guy saying I will be there by at a set time & the sales man agreed. Then on my way the salesman texted me saying “we sold the truck this morning but you can buy this other truck.” Mind you, the other truck that he was then trying to sell me was a truck that I looked at & made clear that I did not want because I did not want a truck in that color. I would never recommend anyone to go here. They are a complete waste of time & will screw you at the end of it. This is a sham of a business. More

Worst experience of my life. Run the other way. My Rep lied about reporting damaged to my tire to me when I drop the car off. She said she reported it to me and never did. I told her the tired is under Warranty and no reason to lie. But then again why would she you lie about a $75.00 tire. if I was AV Chevrolet i would be very embarrassed about a employee who represents them not telling the truth. It makes their company look like crooks. I have reported this to GM and contacted my attorney. IT is NOT ABOUT THE MONEY, BUT THE TRUTH and if i did my research and read some of the bad reviews on here i would have gone to GM rally in palmdale. I just found my work order and the rep did not report any damage to the car at all. Funny how she says she mark down the damage to the tire. But marks down nothing to indicate damage. But on the other hand The Service Manager is very polite and whats to make me happy she even offer me a 10 percent discount that was very nice of her. But its not about the money its a company car and the company pays for any and all repairs. The is all about the truth and why would anyone accuse a customer for not telling the truth. These guys are borderline criminals. They lied about our trade in value. They valued it at 14k and promptly put it up for sale on their website for 22k. This will be the last time I buy an American vehicle, because my experiences with the Honda and Toyota dealerships were all excellent. These morons took 7 hours to sell me a vehicle I agreed to purchase 15 minutes after I saw it. Scummy people working in a scummy area. I have buyer’s remorse and should have known better.
