Wow! I was impressed! I switched to Annapolis Subaru a couple routine service trips ago, as I found the car-purchase-dealership in Glen Burnie okay but I was impressed! Annapolis Subaru is easy to make appointments, both online and via phone, and their service has a quick turnaround. When my mom's Forester's A/C quit working, it was sort of an emergency, as she is 94, and she relies on her children to ferry her around to many appointments per week. She has severe health challenges, and the Subaru is the best car for ease of access and egress for her. I commend Paul and the entire service team for their very quick turnaround in replacing the A/C condenser and getting the A/C up and running shortly after I approved the cost of the work. My brother was able to chauffeur my mom to her medical appointment that same afternoon in her beloved Subaru! Thank you, Paul and Team Annapolis Subaru! R. More
Service advisers try ripping you off for unnecessary overpriced work. When you call them out on the scope of work, they're explanations makes no sense. The suggested repair was based on total milage, se overpriced work. When you call them out on the scope of work, they're explanations makes no sense. The suggested repair was based on total milage, service tech didn't even open the hood but somehow magically was suggested to replace a timing belt. 5 min DIY fix for something costs 1.5hrs of labor and $30 of shop fees. Total scam. Would never take my vehicle back here. More
I loved this dealership because of the incredible team, for 7 years. I missed my 3 year service pre paid-plan by a week. When I called two weeks in advance I wasn't informed that my last visit wasn't cov for 7 years. I missed my 3 year service pre paid-plan by a week. When I called two weeks in advance I wasn't informed that my last visit wasn't covered. When I asked if it was all okay, the phone operator told me I was. The day before my scheduled visit, I was left a voice mail stating that I was out of warranty by 3 days. My service agreement visit wasn't honored. When I went in for service I asked the service manager why they didn't explain all of this when I made the appointment. I prepaid for a $1,300.00 service plan. I missed by 3 days and wasn't alerted when I made my appointment, was specifically told I was still covered. When I dropped my car off for service, and questioned this very unfair practice, the service GM told me I was "entitled" and didn't deserve service. I was and am still stunned. Please review the footage. I have sold over 10 Subarus for you based on service, ask Andre! To call me entitled was the most denigrating thing I have heard in a long, long time. He threw my car keys at me and told me to "go find my car in the lot". What happened to the kind service folks at Subaru? Belittling someone in front of others I'm guessing made his day feel better. As a business owner, his treatment of me was deplorable. I didn't deserve that "discriminatory comment". Please review your tapes and watch this transaction. Calling me entitled is racist and denigrating. I asked Andre afterwards to please call me with the GM, haven't heard anything from anyone. I'm just waiting to hear something from Subaru. Definitely do your research before thinking you can buy and service your Subaru at the same dealership. More

I can't rate service. Car seems to be working well. I had routine maintenance work done. My concern in the 4 Subarus that I've had is the tire minder which seems flaky i Car seems to be working well. The weather affects it no matter what. It makes me nervous to see the reminder appear! I was told it might be defective and need replaced. Not given a cost but knowing how unreliable it has been in each car; I think I'd rather just put a black piece of tape across that part of the dash readings so I can't see it. Note: To submit this, I had to put in a name and number of stars but that is onlydone because I had to do it to submit my review. More
