Michele Petro is the reason why I bought a Subaru on Friday. I had planned to visit two other dealerships but never left Subaru. Michele is low key, informative and very professional. He is very pleasing to deal with, he is not aggressive in negotiating and explains everything in full detail, and also ensures you are not blindsided in terms of pricing or inventory. Just an overall pleasant and very professional person to work with. Annapolis Subaru is the best dealership that I’ve been to. I’m now a loyal customer and any future businesses will just be done with them. Everyone, from the lady at the front desk, all the way to Chris Espinoza,my sales person, are all so accommodating. The environment is relaxed and just friendly, not like Toyota dealerships that I’ve been to in the past, in which you just want to get out of the dealership as fast as you can. I enjoyed the whole experience overall. Even when I bring my car in for maintenance, everybody is just accomodating and ensures customers have a great experience. And of course Subaru being Subaru..the dealership is pet friendly!! More

I regret to share my disappointment with the experience my 16-year-old daughter had at Subaru Annapolis. Despite diligently saving up and purchasing her car outright with cash, she was sold a vehicle with my 16-year-old daughter had at Subaru Annapolis. Despite diligently saving up and purchasing her car outright with cash, she was sold a vehicle with significant defects. Although the dealership initially assured us they would address the issues, they have since failed to follow through and have ignored our attempts to contact them. These unresolved repairs not only jeopardize the car's emissions test but also come with an estimated cost exceeding $2500. Regrettably, based on our experience, I cannot recommend Subaru Annapolis to others. More
