It was by chance that I visited Annapolis Subaru. I had already looked at other makes of cars at multiple dealerships. I arrived without an appointment but was treated with courtesy and friendliness I had already looked at other makes of cars at multiple dealerships. I arrived without an appointment but was treated with courtesy and friendliness. After a short wait, I was introduced to Brian Villa-Juarez. He listened carefully to my wants for a new car in regard to features and cost. The cars he showed me reflected this discussion. I really appreciated this since it had not been my experience at other dealers. I decided on an Outback. The one I chose from the online inventory had not arrived in Annapolis but with the help of Susan Coolen it was reserved. The car arrived about 1 week later. The final steps of the purchase process were completed by Brian and Marissa Leach, the business manager. I had not purchased a car since 2004 and really dreaded this part of the process, expecting surprise costs. This did not happen. Again, I was listened to when it came to making decisions about warranties and other products that were offered. The entire experience of buying a new car was made comfortable because of the professionalism of the staff of Annapolis Subaru. More
