Wendi is an asset to this dealership. We had visited 3 previous Nissan dealerships and none of them took the time she took to thoroughly explain what "certified" meant as well as all the features of the c previous Nissan dealerships and none of them took the time she took to thoroughly explain what "certified" meant as well as all the features of the car we were looking at. She is extremely knowledgable about the different models and engines and we felt she was very honest. The men that we worked with through financing were polite enough, however we felt that they did not answer specific questions without having to be asked several times. We felt as though we were being played with, when it came to the numbers regarding the financing of the vehicle. In the end we were satisfied with the deal that we got from this dealership. More

I was very impressed with the professionalism and attentiveness of the sales team at NIssan Sheehy (Annapolis). As a customer I felt valued and Ted had a very easy, unconfrontational approach that m attentiveness of the sales team at NIssan Sheehy (Annapolis). As a customer I felt valued and Ted had a very easy, unconfrontational approach that made me want to stop looking and buy from their dealership. When it was time for financing, Jason was extremely helpful and took the time to walk me through the money aspect and showed me various payment options that I had not even considered. He was honest and forthright - the "used car salesman" persona does not exist here! Overall I was pleasantly surprised - car buying has never been this great! More

The best experience I ever had when buying a car. They kept my child busy so we could finish the deal (great idea to have a basketball hoop in the center). They even fed us while our new car was being det kept my child busy so we could finish the deal (great idea to have a basketball hoop in the center).
