I communicated with Billy over the course of a few weeks. Even after the paperwork was signed, Billy stayed with me until I was comfortable with the operation of the vehicle and provided me with a deatiled explanation of how to use the electronics. This dealership understands the quality and demand for their product so I was not surprised when they did not budge below the quoted e-price; I did not give a "4" on price for this reason. We live closer to Bowie so the Bowie Hyundai dealership was our first stop. My husband, son, and I were on the lot and in the lobby for more than 45 minutes and we did not receive an acknowledgement," hello" or:" we'll be with you shortly". Thank heaven Hyundai of Annapolis was superior in their customer service or we might not have purchased a Hyundai (our 1st choice).
