Great Experience I am a busy person....3 kids, two jobs and school. When my teenage daughter's truck was totaled, the logical thing to do was to give her my 2010 Focus I am a busy person....3 kids, two jobs and school. When my teenage daughter's truck was totaled, the logical thing to do was to give her my 2010 Focus that still runs like a top and buy myself a new vehicle for work. I drive a lot as a social worker. So, I called up Andy Shaw to speak to Allen Powell who sold my husband an excellent used truck last year. Allen gave me information about the inventory and we discussed my best options. A few days later I walked onto the lot and was greeted by my old friend, Donald Bradley. Allen was out that day but Donald (who I have known since childhood) eagerly but without pressure showed me around their Ford Focus inventory and gave me a test drive of the a 2016 stick shift model that gets 35-45 mpg. I was very excited by this option. Two days later I returned to purchase that vehicle.....Donald and Allen worked together on the sell in order to accomodate my busy schedule. Financing options were excellent and my 2016 Focus was gased up and ready to go in a short while. I felt like I made the best decision based on my needs and that the sales staff worked as a team to get me the bset deal. I highly recommend Andy Shaw Ford and will be returning in the future when I have the need for another vehicle. I have used other nearby dealerships in the past but never felt quite as well treated.
