Awesome experience. I drove up to the dealership and started looking around for a new vehicle. The facility is new and and very clean! I was pretty charmed despite resisting. The car that I called in about was brought to us and David was very friendly and funny taking us through the features. After the test drive we were sat down to go over the specs, carfax, and engineers reports. The entire process was transparent and I at no time felt like I was being deceived or spoon-fed a story. Every question or concern I brought up was answered with professionalism and insight. I truly appreciated the attention given during the whole somewhat stressful process. From beginning to end our Salesperson, David Kicks was there to ensure the process was smooth and he added his pleasant brand of humor through out. Great out of state experience I am from out of state and purchased my Volkswagen from Andy Mohr in Indiana. The sales team that I worked with over the phone was great and not only I am from out of state and purchased my Volkswagen from Andy Mohr in Indiana. The sales team that I worked with over the phone was great and not only worked with me on getting a deal I was comfortable with but also spend the time needed to explain the vehicle before I was able to visit the dealership. Jay Layton was my sales rep. I was apprehensive about buying a new car but he quickly saw my concerns and not only found me a car in my price range but a 2015, was my sales rep. I was given lots of options that would cost way more yet Jay pointed me back to the Jetta. When I asked him why he wouldn't try to sell me a car with a heavier price, he said, ma'am, my job is to get you into a car that you will love. Not just today. But for years to come. That's the Volkswagen way. We don't need your business, we appreciate it, we love knowing that our customers are driving reliable vehicles that they love at a cost they can afford. My goal is to get you into something that will last a lifetime that you are proud of. I was offered a full warranty and Volkswagen even made sure the tank was full. He helped me find the exact vehicle that I was looking for. When I decided to buy the vehicle, David took the time to explain every step of the process and answered all my questions. David also took the time to talk to me, and my father personally, and simply made us feel like we were at home. David’s knowledge of cars and VWs in particular is top notch. If your in the market for a VW or any other car I would recommend you ask for David Kicks. This is without a doubt the best car buying experience I have had and definetly worth the trip to Avon! More
