I searched and found the car I wanted online, started a conversation, found out more details, made an appointment, and visited the dealership to see the car in person. She said, "Let's start with any deal breakers I should be aware of...?" I said that "it must have a manual transmission." The car was ready when I arrived, but I soon found out that the Transmission was not what was advertised on the website and not what I told the online and the Business Development Manager who made the appointment. It was an automatic transmission. Isn't that called the bait and switch? I think that is an illegal practice in most states. Talk about desperation to get customers on the lot. One bright spot was the sales attendant, Tyler, who went out of his way to mend the mistake by showing me other possible vehicles. Bye-bye Andy Mohr. I just can't trust you. More

While waiting for my car to be serviced I ask to see a vehicle and let them know I’m looking to get a vehicle in the next month or two. (so there’s less pressure for a sale) Any salesman at this point should be at least partially interested in what I’m looking for. The only vehicle I’m interested in is a Jetta gli 6spd and he says I can’t drive the vehicle because “it’s too rare and management won’t allow it.” But at this point he shows me something else that I’m not interested in and costs more than the gli I asked about. we sit at his desk and he tells me how slow they are and how he doesn’t mind showing me cars. Two cars later and I’m walking back in and I tell him I’d like to have my vehicle appraised for a trade in. He says “my manager won’t do it unless they know they have a serious deal.” For over an hour I’ve been the only customer on the floor and at this point I can see why. I would never recxomend this dealership to anyone . Later in the day I go back to Falcone vw , where i bought my car, and they go above and beyond to show me what I asked for without even saying I wanted to buy something. More
Excellent Sales People, Passive Agressive Finance Guy Jim and Tyler were extremely helpful. We were able to take the car away for close to 2 hours for a pre purchase inspection. I would give just their service 5 stars without a doubt. However the finance guy Nate got really passive aggressive with me after I declined to get any extended warranties, completely ruining my first time car buying experience. And this is the only reason I’m leaving a 3 star review. Walk in as an informed consumer and remember, the dealership financial consultant is still a car salesman so don’t take financial advice from him/her. More

I communicated to them that It was a plus 2 hour drive for me and that I wanted to get everything ironed out before making the drive. They rushed and pushed and tried to get me to make the drive. I communicated where I needed to be price wise on the new vehicle and where I needed my monthly payments to be. They took the approach of 'get the buyer in the store and they won't leave empty handed'. I put my foot down and forced them to communicate numbers to me. They changed the initially quoted price on my trade in and then back pedaled on the new vehicles pricing. Very deceptive and un-ethical sales tactics. BUYER BEWARE!!! More
