8:45am appointment and they didn't even start the oil
change till 10:30am. Surely they didn't get backed that much, that early.

Before this last appointment I was very satisfied.
This last time I feel I was cheated. This was a 5000 mile visit that cost me over $1100. I signed off on $700but the final bill was over$1,000. T
