My wife and I visited the dealership a week before. We had no one stop to help us. I decided that we would locate another Toyota dealer. Then a service worker recommended that we ask for Max Hopper. Max and the sales manager worked for almost 4 hours to get us into the car that we purchased. They did not pressure us on which vehicle to buy. However, they definately wanted to keep us in the dealership. We test drove the Highlander, then took it to lunch with our family. We are happy with the experience at Andy Mohr Toyota and with the staff there. I am glad that we decided to give them a second chance. More

We looked at every other vehicle Dealer in its class all over the northside of Indy -- including Toyota Dealers -- that are quite frankly, geographically much closer to us than Andy Mohr. The people at Andy Mohr Toyota are what made the difference. Their attention to us as prospective buyers has converted us into satisfied customers -- and they continue to go above and beyond so that I will remain so. Tire pressure light came on in my 5 day old Camry. Thought the issue may have been related to the weather drop. Come to find out there was a 4 inch screw in one of my tires.
