My morning was off to an awful start after sliding on the ice and ending up in a snow covered ditch. I waited an hour and a half for a tow truck and handed a hefty bill. But tne vibration continued and I decided to head to the Andy Mohr Toyota dealership. Without an appointment, I was greeted with a friendly smile and reassuring words from Aaron Rhoads, service consultant. I asked how long he thought it might be and he said they were moving the cars through fairly fast. I sat and waited thinking how much is this going to cost and how long will I be sitting missing work. The answer, less than an hour. The charge, absolutely nothing. A very bad morning ended on a good note. The problem, snow packed in the wheels. Thats why I go to Toyota. Great service and very fair prices. Thanks Aaron for your help. More

I was exceptionally pleased with my experience in my recent car purchase. My salesman, Braxton Denton, was friendly and easy to work with throughout the process. Although young and new to the car business, I was very impressed with his salesmanship skills. He knew his product and provided information I would not have known to ask about. I felt like he had my best interests in mind as we discussed options available. I was ecstatic that the exact car I wanted was on the lot. I felt like I got a good deal with out the pressure that I have experienced in the past. I was making this purchase accompanied by my 3 year old granddaughter. To be able to make such a major purchase with ease in the midst of caring for a 3 year old is quite remarkable. I would recommend Andy Mohr Toyota, and Braxton Denton in particular, to anyone in the market for a Toyota!!! More
