Oil Change and Oops Took my Altima in for an oil change on Saturday - When I drove it home, my car smelled hot - had a burning type smell. I went in after work - seems someone left a plastic bag sitting on the catalytic converter - thus the burning smell. The service dept person seemed to think it was amusing......that is not how I felt about it. I asked him if I needed to sign a work form of any type - he said, no, he didn't write it up. Hmmmm. More

I was invited to come in and look it over and take it for a test drive. Lo, and behold, it sold 1 hour before I arrived ("bait and switch"?). I was never supposed to buy that vehicle, the Lord had one picked out for me and Jessica Davis hooked me up. Not only did I get a much newer and better vehicle my payment was lower than my goal. I Love my 2014 Nissan Sentra, and the great deal I got on it. I have already recommended several people to this dealership and will continue to do so. Keep up the great work at Andy Mohr Nissan.
