Excellent Experience First of all this was the 1st time buying a brand new car, So we looked carefully before deciding to look at The Kia's. Once we looked we decided we loved what we saw..so we contacted Kia. Once we knew what we wanted filled out credit application, and they made the easy sailing. The day we went to sign the staff was so friendly, and the car had a huge bow on it on the showroom floor. Our salesmen known as the Bow Tie Guy...was so helpful in every way. He went thru all the features and bells and whistles!!! Love Love Love my New Optima!!! So you could say my 1st time buying a new car, was a Fabulous experience. Thank you so much Andy Mohr Kia-Avon. There was no upselling , bait and switches, or any feeling like we had to buy a car from Andy Mohr. I was interested in possibly purchasing 2 me cars and sales associate, Drew Elliott, at Andy Mohr did everything he could to make the payments meet my requirements. When they couldn’t quite make it and I said no, there was no pressure or attempts to get me to over extend myself.
