I had previously driven a Sportage and knew that was what I wanted. Ronald took me to their inventory and I picked out a red one. We then went inside and I was provided with the financing information for the vehicle. I had to get to work so my husband and I returned to buy the car. The staff was great and very informative. We were given a tour of the service area and were made to feel very welcome. We had been very loyal to another brand of car for more than 10 years. My experience at Andy Mohr Kia has changed that for us. More

Excellent Customer Service It was a pleasure working with Ryan Doran on Saturday 8/10. He was awesome from the moment I walked in. In the past I’ve experienced most sales people It was a pleasure working with Ryan Doran on Saturday 8/10. He was awesome from the moment I walked in. In the past I’ve experienced most sales people to be pushy , and try to pressure you into buying something you don’t want . Ryan was the opposite. If I ever purchase another vehicle in the future , I want to make sure I work with someone like Ryan. The dealership was pretty busy that day, but that’s expected for a Saturday . I was in there longer than I wanted to be , but Ryan asked me several times if I needed anything and offered me water. That means a lot to me. More

From the first phone call to the last hug (Lorraine Brown became family today) the experience was fantastic. When I made the appt earlier in the week we originally wanted to see about a Telluride, we left with a Sorento and could not have been happier. Lorraine Brown took such great care of us and our grandson, answered all of our questions helped us get into an amazing car and we could not have left happier. Andre, in financing, was clear and explained everything very thoroughly. We were on a tight schedule and he helped us get out in a very timely manner. More
