I had no intentions of taking home a new vehicle that day, but that is what happened. Ronald was not only respectful of my time, but he made sure not to waste it by trying to sell me a vehicle that wasn’t even going to be an option for me. I appreciated his knowledge of the Telluride and the options available. He worked with me and never once made me feel pressured to look at something that I didn’t want. I love my new Telluride!!!! Pleased with our new Sorento We had our hearts set on a passion red Sorento and had tried a couple of other dealers who could not get one. Someone suggested that Mohr in Avon had We had our hearts set on a passion red Sorento and had tried a couple of other dealers who could not get one. Someone suggested that Mohr in Avon had one with some miles on it. When Jennifer BAker called us she insisted the car only had normal mileage from moving it from place to place. She also emailed more than once suggesting that she was saving time for us and would have the vehicle ready. Upon arriving, Jennifer came out for a moment, but only to introduce us to our saleman, Ronald. While working with Ronald, we found out the car had 5500 miles on it and had been used by one of the execs at the dealership. We'd like to commend Ronald for his professionalism, throughout the negotiation process, when we complained about the system of having to go through him rather than dealing with the manager directly, a process that took way too long. We felt there should be a bigger discount for a car with that many miles and had to fight for what we felt was a fair amount for the trade-in on our Camry hybrid. Eventually we gave in because we really did want the vehicle and after 5 hours, we were eager to get out of there. The financial manager did an efficient job of getting us through the paperwork and the follow through on the titling done quickly. Thank you for that. One more shout out for Ronald who knew we were frustrated and stayed with us throughout the process and made the long stay tolerable with his pleasant conversation and understanding. More
