Poor communications I set up an appointment two days in advance via multiple emails but when I arrived no one knew I was coming. I had emailed them the specific stock num I set up an appointment two days in advance via multiple emails but when I arrived no one knew I was coming. I had emailed them the specific stock numbers I wanted to test drive and neither was ready when I arrived. We spent over 6 hours at dealership waiting for vehicles to be prepared for test drive, our trade in to be evaluated, and offer/counteroffer games to be played. Never again - I should have gone back to Bob Poynter Hyundai (which is where I have purchased in the past and will go for service). More
