I've had the good fortune of working with the Service Team for over a decade on three different Acura/Honda vehicles, and the management, staff, and techs are highly experienced, easy to discuss matters with, sincerely focused on solving car issues, and work to satisfy customers and clients needs, schedules, and finances. Explanations and insights regarding car repair and maintenance are provided by staff in simple terms, while the technicians frequently make themselves available as well. The one word that summarizes these guys is 'TRUST'. Though located in Bloomington, Indiana, I have frequently traveled the 600 miles from North Carolina to have them work on my cars...because of that 'TRUST'.
