Wow what a treat and SO many steps above the 2019 Prius!!! Did my homework, talked to T Harris & then his manager. Next day more research, went back and by 5pm there was an Insight in the colors I wanted and I drove away. PAINLESS, really! This Insight is full of touches no Prius can hope to match. More

Forget to put coolant back in after the flush Bought my Honda Pilot about 8/9 years ago brand new and have had it serviced by Andy Mohr Honda (formerly Stephens Honda) in Bloomington ever since. Bought my Honda Pilot about 8/9 years ago brand new and have had it serviced by Andy Mohr Honda (formerly Stephens Honda) in Bloomington ever since. Never had any issues until this last oil change, tire rotation and coolant flush. Left over night, never got a call it was ready, so called at 5:00 and service person said it wasn’t ready and he wasn’t sure why it wasn’t, but would go out and check and I should be able to pick it up at 6:30. I called at 6:15 to verify it was and he said it was. Picked up at 6:30 and found out they didn’t even do tire rotation. Weird to me cause I do it by when it needs it in miles. He said they measured and it didn’t need it. Got in and the sun roof was open!! It had been raining. Luckily not hard enough to get inside wet. When I got home, parked in garage, got out and thought it smelled hot and antifreeze smell. Check each under the hood and coolant tank/reservoir was completely empty!! They didn’t add any after they had flushed it! Luckily I only drove 15 minutes home so it didn’t cause any damage (or so they said) and I had another car to drive to work and my husband took the next day off to go get antifreeze and fill it up. I called them and asked to talk to manager. The manager, Shawn, told me to bring it back in. I told him my husband would be filling with antifreeze and then bringing it in to get checked out. I was very upset as we were driving to Florida in 2 days with a car that could have had damage due to their mistake, but Shawn wasn’t too concerned. He did apologize, but didn’t act like it was that big of a deal. My husband took it in and they checked it out, remeasured tires and measurements were completely different from the first time it was measured! After all this, my husband taking the day off work, buying antifreeze and driving back to dealer to have it looked at, they offered him a free oil change!! Seriously?!?! 8/9 years of loyalty and they screw up and a darn oil change??? Probably won’t be back for it and will go elsewhere for my next Honda. Just a shame that customer service has declined since Andy Mohr has taken over. Hate to blame it on that, but don’t see what else it could be. More
Great!! I went here needing an upgrade. I was super nervous as this was my first big purchase on a vehicle. Terrance helped me out and was super helpful and w I went here needing an upgrade. He made sure I was comfortable the whole way through! I was super happy with my purchase of the CR-V. Terrance took his time to even help me pair my phone with my new car! Thank you guys! More
