I liked Andy Mohr Ford because they took the time to explain and show each area of the location: Customer Service, Repair, Parts and Finance Departments. Rick Wittman came out greeted me and asked the usual questions but with one difference. Rick listened to what I wanted and didn't try to show me what I wasn't interested in. Rick went out and got the Mustang that I wanted. My wife will be buying a car next year. Yes we will be going back to Andy Mohr Ford. More

Went in to look at 2012 Escape SUVs. I was passed around between 3 different sales people. Then nobody would email me or return my calls. I decided to buy our SUV from a different dealership. Customer se between 3 different sales people. Then nobody would email me or return my calls. I decided to buy our SUV from a different dealership. Customer service is very poor at Andy Mohr Ford, which I don't understand. I have been dealing with Andy Mohr Toyota almost since they first opened and their service has always been very good, they both share the same owner so it doesn't make sense that Andy lets his Ford dealership be run like this when his Toyota dealership is great. My wife and I live in Plainfield, but we won't ever be going back to Andy Mohr Ford. If you want to be treated like a number, this is your place, if you want to be treated like a person who matters I would go to a different dealership! More
The guys were very professional and did an oil change without an appointment. I was in a hurry and thought I would have to come back, but they said we could take care of it right away. Great experience! Everyone I worked with met or exceeded my expectations. They worked to make it easy for a busy person to buy a vehicle quickly. my expectations. They worked to make it easy for a busy person to buy a vehicle quickly. More
Wonderful service and timely.... just an oil change but treated very well. I bought the car here last October and have had it in twice so far for oil changes. The only "complaint" I have is that no one see treated very well. I bought the car here last October and have had it in twice so far for oil changes. The only "complaint" I have is that no one seems to know anything about floor mats. I never got the floor mats that were supposed to come with the car when I bought it. I have asked sales more than once and was told they were out of stock and would be called when the were in. Never got a follow up on that. Kinda makes you feel like once you buy the car you're not important anymore. Other than that my overall experience with this dealership has been happy. More
I would not recommend Andy Mohr Ford to anyone! I walked into the dealership on a Thursady looking to replace my 2005 F350 Diesel truck. I walked away eight days later DISSAPOINTED, ANGRY ,and with no new t into the dealership on a Thursady looking to replace my 2005 F350 Diesel truck. I walked away eight days later DISSAPOINTED, ANGRY ,and with no new truck! All this because of a mistake our salesman made when he ordered a truck for us from out of state wich was suppose to be a crew cab ( just like the one we were trading in)but when it showed up from MN it was a super cab. I was shocked to say the least when they actually blamed me for the mistake because I signed the paperwork. After shuffling through a dozen pieces of paper with codes on them the sales people didnt even know, I guess they expect the customer to be able to figure it out. NO ONE from UPPER managment could find the time to come apologize for the mistake, confusion or for our time even though they were sitting 20 ft from us. After looking through that much paperwork having at least three different salespeople with their hands in the deal, several other hiccups along the way.....and having the blame shifted to me we was the last straw we opted to walk away from any deals with Andy Mohr Ford. We went to Bill Estes Ford that same day and bought a 2012 F350 Diesel truck off their lot that exceeded our needs with no headaches, thanks Shane!!! More
I could not give "Friendliness" higher than "OK" NOT because of the service advisor who helped us, but because of another man (dark hair...didn't get his name) who I felt was a little rude. Let "OK" NOT because of the service advisor who helped us, but because of another man (dark hair...didn't get his name) who I felt was a little rude. Let me explain... You have a large sign posted in your service area that reads "Full service Guarantee." I actually took time yesterday to read it. The sign says the guarantee is that a "walk around your car will take place WITH YOU" I was questioning this to my husband because I've never been offered this "walk around checking the details" the sign exclaims. Then it says "if we fail to do this, your next oil/lube/filter will be free." As I was talking to my husband and joking that we should have had a LOT of free oil changes according to the conditions of the "guarantee sign," one of the men on the service floor came over to me and said, "We do this as you drive in." "OK....so why does it say walk around WITH YOU?" I asked. Then he went on to say, "We can't possibly do that because of the volume of cars we have in and out. It would slow down the check in process." I get that....but why does the sign state otherwise? I'm not upset that I didn't get the "walk around," but this man tried to argue with me when I really wasn't speaking directly to him. AND you can't dispute what your sign plainly reads. Our service advisor did credit our oil/lube/filter part of the service bill so kudos to him for honoring what your guarantee states. My only problem is why do you post such "guarantees" when it is not feasible to honor them? For me, I'm wondering how many other "guarantees" do you make that you know you aren't able to fulfill? We have been long time Andy Mohr customers in purchasing vehicles and using your service department. My husband does not share my view about being so picky about the wording of your sign. I'm the only one who expects your word to be true down to the letter. Also, I'm probably the only one who has ever actually read your "Full Service Guarantee" sign! It sounds trivial, I know. And in all honesty, the service guy (whoever he was) who butted in with his explanation of why I should ignore the sign, was really what made me mad! It was the typical male attitude of "she's a dimwit and doesn't no anything about how the "car business" works! One last comment.....I want to make clear I'm NOT unhappy with the service advisor who actually worked with us. This is no reflection on him whatsoever. He was fine! More
