I spotted a truck from the road that interested me so I took my husband to go see it. When we got there the truck had been moved so I asked Leo what happened to it. Leo was very nice, and I didn't know at took my husband to go see it. When we got there the truck had been moved so I asked Leo what happened to it. Leo was very nice, and I didn't know at the time that he was a salesman. So I started asking questions and Leo started answering them. He took us around the lots and showed all of the trucks that were within my description of what I was looking for. We didn't have a chance to talk finances at the time and it was a Saturday evening so we agreed to meet again on Monday. We actually ended up going back to see Leo on Tuesday to talk pricing and payments. The bottom line just didn't seem to be where my husband was happy with so we thanked Leo and said to keep in touch if anything came around. Leo called later on that afternoon and said that he thought he found a deal for us to make my husband happy and also myself. When my husband came home we went to see Leo. Leo is my hero!! He got the deal that my husband agreed to buy and got me the truck that was my second choice. That was purely due to financing limits placed by my husband. The Lariat was my first choice! I was able to drive off the lot with my first ever brand new vehicle....and my long awaited truck to boot!! I could not be happier!! More
ive been doing business with andy mohr for 9 years Big mistake i have spent about 190,000 dollars over the years and went to look at a 2012 ford f350 that by the way has been on there lot for over a year mistake i have spent about 190,000 dollars over the years and went to look at a 2012 ford f350 that by the way has been on there lot for over a year and would have been almost 2 years old new if i would have bought it,after talking to several sales people we could not even come close to a deal, there service and willing to work with the public has really gone down hill. One would think a dealer would want to get rid of a 2012 truck when the 2014 are getting ready to come out not Andy Mohr, anyway went to Ray Skillman Ford and after a little more then an hour left with a 2013 f350 (same truck as mohr had and a year newer) for almost 8000.00 less then the best andy mohr would do on there 2012 sorry Andy never again will i ever buy another auto from you,YOUR LOSS AND RAY SKILLMANS FORD GAIN. on another note a friend of mine went there to buy a used superduty and went through all paperwork, test drive, credit check, everything was done went to sign papers and guess what the truck had been sold the week earlier just not picked up yet so that means a hard hit on his credit score (not a good thing) and a total waste of his time and fuel driving there for a truck they could not even sell.EVERYONE BEWARE STAY CLEAR FROM ANDY MOHR FORD. Do not buy a car from out of state here! It started out good got a nice price for my used car, they told me the car came with 3 keys I only had 2 when I left they said the other one would turn up, that the good got a nice price for my used car, they told me the car came with 3 keys I only had 2 when I left they said the other one would turn up, that they would mail it to me when it turns up...Guess what it never turned up! So I called my sales guy he said he would get back to me and never called, called the manager of used cars and he said he would look into it, never called me back. Until I called then they offered to buy me a new key. But here is the kicker 4 weeks after I purchased the car I called them asking where my paperwork was so I can get my tags switched over, they said I didn't pay sales tax in my state and told me I owed then $600 odd dollars for a sale that we agreed on. First of all a customer shouldn't have to call and ask for paperwork from a DEALER! Its should be sent and second of all aren't you a dealership and know these things when people buy cars out of state! Ridiculous! NEVER BUY HERE!!! WARNING!!! More
found a truck which as of this posting is still isted on auto trader.com as 2233, called about the truck spoke to perry currey who quoted the listing as 4000, I otld him about the add price. he said he woul auto trader.com as 2233, called about the truck spoke to perry currey who quoted the listing as 4000, I otld him about the add price. he said he would honor it. So i took my wif eand 9 month old with me approxmately 80 miles one way to view it, upon arriving I was passed off to david price due ot mr perry having other engagements, I was informed that an employee had entered the add wrong and the vehilce listed was not 2233, working with david we filled out some paper work, and i was then qouted 4100. I informed him i wouldnt pay over 4000 for it. He talks to his manager and come back with 4700, i repeated my statement price drops to 4400, we couldnt reach an agreement we left empty handed. Now after not but 3 different misqoutes 1 broken promise of honoring the add in the first, me willing to pay for 4000 for a truck that i was told would be 2233 and 160 mile round trip, andy mohr ford should have made it right at some point. I recomend david price to anyone looking for a vehicle he went above and beyond to try to make it right, any mohr however did not. after all the misqoutes and broken promises. i reccomend shopping elsewhere. Luke was very patient over three visits and earned my loyalty to work just with him. Super guy, no pressure, just enough "drive." Other sales persons contacted me after doing the on-line 30 Sec credit loyalty to work just with him. Super guy, no pressure, just enough "drive." Other sales persons contacted me after doing the on-line 30 Sec credit application. Also, the man I worked with in the business center (Dwayne, I believe) put me at ease and was very comfortable to work with. More

I first started my experience at Andy Mohr Ford. The salesman (David Wilson) started me out, with many negotiations I wasn't yet ready to buy, as this was a big decision, (David) could relate. I could v salesman (David Wilson) started me out, with many negotiations I wasn't yet ready to buy, as this was a big decision, (David) could relate. I could very much say I was a difficult customer with the whole process, but David kept calm. I than sat on my decision for a few days and chatted with David with one last negotiation and they agreed. I showed up late within minutes of closing and the paper work was easy and non tedious much shorter than expected. I had a few discussions with the business manager and signed my last few papers. David was professional at all times. I picked the car up at closing and than was approached by Adam Sullivan, which took the time to explain all the features of the car in detail ewen after closing. Adam was professional, passionate about his position. He also educated me about customer clinics. I would recommened too others about Andy Mohr Ford. Thank you David Wilson, Adam, Jon Blakely, for your time support and final process of my first new car experience! These three honest and professional salesman and finance and manager was a great combination after I look I had a good experience! More
Andy Mohr Ford in Plainfield has a 2013 Ford Focus SE listed for $179 per month or $10,995. I sent a live chat to Julie on November 21st asking if it was possible to purchase this car for the advertised listed for $179 per month or $10,995. I sent a live chat to Julie on November 21st asking if it was possible to purchase this car for the advertised deal and she said yes. I asked her how much the down payment would be and she stated that "it shouldn't be much". My husband and I visited the car lot that night and David the salesman kept coming out with all sorts of other deals. When I arrived I specifically stated that I was only interested in the deal that I had printed out. They said it was not possible unless I put down $3,500. I my opinion $3,500 would not be classified as not very much. I feel they wasted my time and gas money for false advertising. I emailed Andy Mohr and let them know how upset I am. Andy O'Sullivan stated that he would try to help me. I emailed and asked if I brought in a check for $10,995 plus taxes could I get the advertised car. I have several emails from Andy Mohr, never could they show where it stated you would need $3,500. How is it possible to list a car for $10,995 and then state that it would take $10,995 + $3,500, plus destination fees, plus taxes, plus any associated fees? I have always know the advertised price to be the sale price. More
