Never received car title for car purchased. It has been over 35 days. Dealer plates are expired and no one will return my call or my emails. I have asked to speak to a manager and am told the only manager over 35 days. Dealer plates are expired and no one will return my call or my emails. I have asked to speak to a manager and am told the only manager there is the new car manager. Spoke with him and he transferred me right back to the sales person who is not helping. This is just flat laziness and or not knowing how to do your job. Somebody failed Business 101. More
We like the quick service and hours of the service department! It makes getting an oil change easy and convenient. Plus it is near other places we want to shop which makes it even better. department! In the past three (3) years; this is the seventh vehicle purchased at Andy Mohr Ford. They were a Five Hundred, Taurus, '12 Escape, '13 Fiesta, '13 Escape, Oldsmobile Delta 88, and a '13 F-150. My wife and purchased at Andy Mohr Ford. They were a Five Hundred, Taurus, '12 Escape, '13 Fiesta, '13 Escape, Oldsmobile Delta 88, and a '13 F-150. My wife and I have become 'life' committed customers of Andy Mohr Ford. Their service and dedication to customer service is impeccable. From William Worth to Adam Sullivan and everyone else on the team that I've dealt with; they leave no reason to go anywhere else. Then; of course you have the product Ford as well, which needs no explanation whatsoever. Just consider me a customer forever! - Chef Michael J. Arakawa - More

Living in Plainfield we drive by the dealership regularly. When we decided to look for a truck we started on the internet at Andy Mohr.com. We found the truck that interested us and went to the d regularly. When we decided to look for a truck we started on the internet at Andy Mohr.com. We found the truck that interested us and went to the dealership where we were approached by Justin. Justin offered to assist us in any way possible. We took the truck out for a test drive and was very satisfied with the truck. We went home and discussed the possibility of the sale. Within the next few days we called Justin and made an offer. The offer was refused by Willy but Willy came back with another offer. We discussed it further and made another offer to Dennis which led to the sale. Even though the deal took two weeks it was a great experience dealing with these guys. They all seemed to be well adversed to their product and worked hard to negotiate a workable deal. More

My car is a 17 year old Mercury Mystique, but Ford still had sensor and wire harness parts in stock to restore the Mystique's engine temperature gauge function. Driving without knowing the engine temp is no had sensor and wire harness parts in stock to restore the Mystique's engine temperature gauge function. Carl Webster was my saleman and he was very knowledgeable on the cars we were interested in. He also made some great suggestions about cars that we didn't consider. I like the professionalism and kindness on the cars we were interested in. He also made some great suggestions about cars that we didn't consider. I like the professionalism and kindness he protrayed. And he was not pushy like some salepeople I have experienced. Thank you Carl. More
Not an Honest Dealership. Found a great price for a car listed on Cars.com. Talked on the phone and texted with both Kim and Donna. They helped clarify a few things for me. They told me I better hurry i listed on Cars.com. Talked on the phone and texted with both Kim and Donna. They helped clarify a few things for me. They told me I better hurry in, because a deal like this one wasn't going to last long - and in fact, someone was test-driving the car as we spoke (now I know this is a common car dealership lie). My wife and I canceled our Saturday plans, loaded our two small children into the car, and made the 50 minute trek to the dealership. Upon arrival, the car was presented to me. We talked about some of the features, and then started talking about price. That's when it became apparent that the $26,000 price listed online was not a sale price, but a price to lease the car. When I questioned why NO PLACE in the description on Cars.com was the simple 5-letter word "LEASE" mentioned, the salesman froze up and called in for help. What frustrates me even more is that when I first spoke with Donna and Kim, it should have been apparent from our conversations that I was interested in purchasing the car (aren't all cars listed on cars.com actually supposed to be for sale anyway?) In fact, when I asked if this car qualified for an energy efficient tax credit, I was told that it did. Shouldn't someone have clued me in to the fact that the price listed on the internet was not the price to purchase the car and saved me the headache and hassle? I find these tactics incredibly dishonest, and borderline illegal. Thank you, Andy Mohr, for wasting my family's Saturday. I will be warning anyone to avoid your dealership at all costs, unless they want to work with a business that follows dishonest and sketchy practices. More
