Unsatisfactory Service Time Several days before my visit to service a recall item on my truck, I called Mohr Ford and booked an appointment time. On that day, I was first customer of the day at 7:30. Over two hours later, they hadn’t touched my truck. When they did, it took thirty seconds. I live in Plainfield but will drive miles out of my way next time for service. Unacceptable. At Mohr, I got less. More

I was nervous about taking my car to get repaired because I’d heard rumors that car dealerships, repair shops, and mechanics take advantage of women, I was nervous about taking my car to get repaired because I’d heard rumors that car dealerships, repair shops, and mechanics take advantage of women, however my experience here was nothing but pleasant.
