Everyone was extremely helpful and kind. We visited the dealer and was greeted quickly. Zoe was very helpful and patient because my husband could not get around very well after a illness. We took some time to think about what we wanted and she kept in touch but was not pushy. We returned to the dealer on a Saturday and it was extremely busy as was Zoe. Poor experience I went to Andy Mohr ford to look at a truck I had found on the internet. I had talked to their internet sales person a few days before to try to discuss a trade. After this sales person told me that we could talk the trade numbers over the phone the conversation stopped after the sales person told me they were to busy and that I would just have to come to the sales office. I have 3 kids one of which is 8 months old. I was trying to talk about the trade over the phone so that I didn’t have to take them and sit in a dealership for hours while everything was being discussed. I ended up going to the dealership this afternoon and I should have just stayed home. First the salesman got his phone out to try to call the bank to get the payoff on my trade. They were closed so I told him I had called in the morning because I knew we were coming after banks were closed. I had everything wrong and I gave him the paper. He tells me well I guess ill take your word for it but we have peopl that lie about this. Then he told me I was not able to do a trade for the truck I went to see because I had to much negative equity in my trade. He gave us one offer and then gave up on the used trade in. So I was told I should look into a new truck to get the rebates and discounts. The salesman goes and gets a truck and shows us. He asked us what kind of monthly payment we were looking for. I told him and he says ok shouldn’t be a problem. Comes back with the paper showing their offer and it was $500 more a month than we told him we wanted to pay. This new truck was $30,000 more than the used truck I went to look at. He tells me this is the cheapest new truck we have on the lot. They kept trying to get us to buy this truck even though we were $500 apart between what we wanted to pay and what we would have paid when buying this truck. When I got home I looked online and they had a truck that was cheaper. Then the truck that they were trying to get me to buy was listed Online for $7000 less than what the offer sheet they brought out to me showed. I feel like there was no effort to try to make a deal on the used truck that I went to get. It felt like they were more worried about pressuring me into this new $50,000 truck. This was the second time I went to an Andy Mohr dealership. The first time was awesome. It was fast and easy. We told them what we wanted and they got it for us. This time was not a great experience at all. I will not be going back to Andy Mohr ford any time soon. More

Service I didn't have to wait long for the service. I got the lug nuts removed and had new ones put on the tires. I also got a tire replaced. I came in with little idea of what kind of vehicle I wanted, and Billy took the time to listen to all my concerns and test drive various different models until I found the right fit for me. He went out of his way to make sure that I was thrilled with my purchase, even going to a different lot to hunt down a car that he thought I might like. He found the perfect car for my specific situation, and I couldn’t be happier with my new car! More

Recent Service Visit I recently scheduled and completed a routine service appointment. We have been customers since 2011. We purchased another Ford vehicle in 2017 as a result of the outstanding service we continue to receive. Buffy has been our Service Advisor several times and we request her because of her outstanding Customer Service! Thank you for always taking such great care of us! More
Disappointing Service I have been a loyal customer with this dealership for a long time. I have never gone anywhere else for service on my vehicle, however, recently the se I have been a loyal customer with this dealership for a long time. I have never gone anywhere else for service on my vehicle, however, recently the service performed out of this location has become disappointing. My last service appointment was scheduled ahead of time, arrived early, and noted that I would be waiting until the service was complete. I had scheduled an oil change and I was the 3rd customer to arrive (again, I had an appointment scheduled - 1st appointment time of the day). It took approx. 75 minutes for my oil change to be completed from the start of the appointment time and while I was waiting, I watched as multiple other customers arrived after me and then proceeded to have their service completed before mine. Every time prior to this visit, I have had good service and a reasonably timed oil change (usually 30 minutes, never longer than an hour) and this is when I didn't schedule an appointment in advance. I guess that is what loyalty gets you with this dealership...nothing. If anything, it gets you worse service. I never received a warning about how long the service would take or an apology for how long it did take. One bad experience can ruin someone's perception of something, and in this case, this experience has ruined my perception of this dealership. I wouldn't recommend coming here for service (a little bit pricier than the competition, but the customer service is what had previously sold it for me - not anymore), but that is each individual's decision to make. Even though it pains me to say it (after many years of great customer service), I do not think I will be returning here for service again. More
