Amidst this Covid 19 situation all dealerships are closed in Michigan as well as all hotels along the way to indianapolis. He speaks to Donna a sales rep he explains his situation provides all credit info etc before heading towards indy (4 hour drive) He arrives at 820 pm 20 minutes after closing he was instructed they would wait for him. Now the fun begins, He is greeted by Donna at that time she tells him they cannot get him approved on the vehicle he wanted and drove 4 hours to purchase. Miraculously they have the perfect truck cleaned and ready that he is approved for not even close to what he wanted. Which is called the "switch car" Why on earth would they send a 21 year old 4 hours from home nowhere to stay because everything is shut down. They simply coud have called him once they knew he didnt qualify for the original truck and gave him the option of turning back around and go home no harm no foul. Instead they thought they could JAM my kid into something he doesnt want and get away with it. Come on guys dont give all of us car guys a bad rep. Also Babu the finance manager is a liar and very unprofessional. Not even offer to give him a tank of gas wow!!!! Service Scammed The trunk on my Andy Mohr purchased 2013 Ford Focus would not open. I brought it in for service and the car was promptly fixed, with service stating t The trunk on my Andy Mohr purchased 2013 Ford Focus would not open. I brought it in for service and the car was promptly fixed, with service stating that I needed a new trunk actuator. 400 bucks later I was on my way. This week my trunk failed to open once again. This time (and I should have the first time) I reviewed the possible issues for this problem on You Tube. After determining that the problem could be a fuse, broken wire, or actuator (motor), I checked the fuse...no problem there. Next I went to the wire harness located in the trunk and found the wire had split in two. What I also found was that the wire had previously been repaired by Andy Mohr and they did a poor job splicing the wire back together and it broke again. I received no new actuator, no new parts....just a 400 dollar bill for my trouble. Stay away....far away from these guys. More

First and last Ford I will buy. Very unhappy with ford and the dealers uncaring concern over their product. I experienced a death wobble twice during the first week of March in my 2018 F-350. I have about 44k miles on mine and have seen accounts of this happening with less than 20k. After nearly causing an accident I managed to get the truck to the shoulder from interstate speeds to about 15 mph. That’s when the steering wheel had finally stopped shaking. I done some research and found that it’s a pretty common problem, even found a social media page dedicated to it. I called the dealer and they were able to get me in 7 days later. I got the quote later that afternoon and was shocked. Shocked that ford doesn’t take accountability for this problem ( their is a technical service bulletin that ford has put out for it but no recall) and shocked at the $950 charge to repair. Please be aware that if you have a 2017-2019 produced before July 31 of 2018 that this can happen to you. Be safe out there. More
