Missing paperwork ,approved loan with false income amount, rude , I took car back within 12 hours telling them I could not afford the car and asked for my car back they said I was going to have to ta amount, rude , I took car back within 12 hours telling them I could not afford the car and asked for my car back they said I was going to have to take the car and my trade was gone !!!! I have tried everything to get my car back DO NOT TAKE A CAR OFF PARKING LOT AS THEY LIE THROUGH THEIR TEETH!!Sales associate was very rude when I went back stay away from David K. Lewis @ Chris Slagle business manager ! I will not let this go until I get justice. I have contacted better business bureau and family lawyer along with channel 6 news . I cant sleep from worry this has been the worst I could have ever been treated and I am sure there must be other customers that have been treated as I have I do not want this to happen to any other person looking for an affordable car! Stay away from Andy Mohr Ford there are dealers in Indianapolis with integrity and morels and truly want to make the purchase a pleasant experience! my rating is a negative 10!!!!! More
