Terrible experience. Sales person was not wearing a mask covering their face. Coughed profusely in the vehicle during test drive. My significant other felt uncomfortable and waited in the car. Had an appoin covering their face. Coughed profusely in the vehicle during test drive. My significant other felt uncomfortable and waited in the car. Had an appointment scheduled and when I arrived no one was aware of the appointment. We had to wait in the cold while they removed snow and ice from the vehicle (the appointment should have informed them of the vehicle and should have been ready). Discussed pricing with an Andy Mohr rep online and when I got to the dealership I was informed that the internet department isn’t authorized to discuss pricing. Made to feel like an idiot. Cursed at by the sales rep. I did not feel treated like a customer, only as a potential payday. 0/10 definitely would not recommend. Stay away. Worst dealership experience I have ever had. More
