Mrs. Cowan, I am sorry you were frustrated. I looked into this for you and found that what we did in the time that we had your vehicle, we performed a recall on your transmission, we performed a complimentary and thorough 129 point inspection, we diagnosed your complaint on your vehicle not starting properly and the codes that were in your vehicle that caused the intermittent check engine light that you had expressed. We obviously did more than replace a battery in the time it was here, but I do apologize that you were not communicated with often enough. I do not excuse that and will address and correct that issue. Thank you for the feedback
