I had an issue with the touchscreen controls on my Charger, and the warranty was just days away from expiration. The Champion Service personnel noted this and found an appointment time that was ‘unde Charger, and the warranty was just days away from expiration. The Champion Service personnel noted this and found an appointment time that was ‘under warranty’. Then, they quickly resolved the issue with the touchscreen. Very professional! I will be back! More

The service person Mike Krohn was very professional. I was happy to find out they where able to find the part I needed for my 2008 Avenger that was order and my car was fix in a timing matter. Took my old jeep to check the break light on it, they didn’t even check it, they said it would cost hundreds to find what is causing the light and since the brake is working fine. They didn’t charge me, didn’t even check it, they said it would cost hundreds to find what is causing the light and since the brake is working fine. They didn’t charge me, but the fact that they didn’t even bother to look at it and saying it would be hundreds to find out what is causing the issue is not right. What is diagnostic fee for? I know they didn’t charge me the fee but saying will cost hundreds? On their time? Not right at all. More
