rip off Had my second service on my Ram 1500. Ecodiesel. Was charged over $200 while Tom O'Brien charged me $150 for the same exact work the first time. What Had my second service on my Ram 1500. Can't recommend this dealership to anyone. I always left this dealership mad or frustrated after having service done. to fix a power window issue required removing the door panel and they didn I always left this dealership mad or frustrated after having service done. to fix a power window issue required removing the door panel and they didn't know what tool to use and they took 3 days! Told me I needed pwr steering and brake service by looking at the fluids even though only 30,000 miles. I went in for a 30 minute service and 2.5 hrs later...service writer 'thought she had come in and told me about software updates.' How do you forget that?? I will never trust these people again. More

More

Brake Job That Wasn't I thought that I was having the precursor signs of having to get a brake job. They said I had over 50% brake shoes left and the rotors had a slight w I thought that I was having the precursor signs of having to get a brake job. Awesome!!!! Bought my Jeep at Champion and had service done to it there. Did not have to wait long for service to be done and they washed my car afterwards. W Bought my Jeep at Champion and had service done to it there. Did not have to wait long for service to be done and they washed my car afterwards. Would recommend Champion for both sales and service.
