Every time I went in, the maintenance staff harassed me and even told me there's no way I have that agreement. They would try to claim it was only 2 free oil changes and I used them up. They made it a trouble every single time. I had to bring in the document to make sure they gave me the deal as they contractually agreed to. They even scanned it and put it in their system for future reference. Well, I lost the document when I moved recently and they denied me the free oil changes as they agreed to contractually. Very dirty and unprofessional. Would NOT suggest purchasing a car from them and working out any contractual deals because they will NOT honor them. More

Customer service was horrible!!!!!!! I had my Charger towed here a couple of weeks ago. The service was fast but it was not good quality service. I am having multiple problems with my car and I just got it back today. What kind of reputable car dealership lets their customers live of their lot with a flat tire. Are you guys like money hungry that you could not put air in my tire because I was not paying for it? They had my car for a couple of weeks and there was no gas, a pulled off the lot and went right around the corner to the gas station before the highway and put the car in park. After I got gas the car would not leave the park potion. I called back to the service center thinking that someone would come around the corner to help me but I was told to get it towed back to them and they will take a look at it and let me know how much its going to cost me. I was horrified!!! I guess it is true what they say, if you are not paying, because my car was there for a few recalls, they will do something to your car to make you come back and pay. Never again will I take my car here again, nor will I recommend that anyone I know go there. How could they just leave a customer stranded like that. If I was a man, this probable would not have happened. More
