Buying experience was fantastic but the service since as been below average. The service team lacks integrity and knowledge. Truck was a mess inside both time they worked on the outside and the last servi been below average. The service team lacks integrity and knowledge. Truck was a mess inside both time they worked on the outside and the last service was " completed" but no visual sign of the work. Rust still present when they said they made the adjustments. When questioned, they had no answers. As I said, seems like the sales team is good, but if they can't help with warranty or routine maintenance, not a good fit for me. More

I had my Pacifica towed to Champion CJDR with a flat tire, I went to the dealership and made clear to service department that vehicle was a Chrysler exec lease vehicle and that any repairs would be bill tire, I went to the dealership and made clear to service department that vehicle was a Chrysler exec lease vehicle and that any repairs would be billed to Chrysler (062 charge) it was approximately 4:00pm, the following day I didn’t receive a call so called service department at about 1pm I was informed they were getting ready to repair flat as we spoke, at about 5pm I hadn’t heard anything so I called again and was told tire could not be repaired and had to be replaced. I was told tire would be $131.00 plus balance, and again I informed the person it was an 062 charge. I picked the car up the following day and was informed that Champion did not participate in the tire program. I don’t understand what this means since Champion is a Chrysler dealer. I paid the bill $182.82 and took possession of vehicle. Service department should have told me up front they would not bill Chrysler, and also have made a couple calls to me keeping me posted as to what had to be done and when vehicle would be ready. Don’t leave it to customer to call and ask them. More
Matt O’Brien was wonderful to work with in the service department. Initially, I had some difficulty being connected to that department which was a bit of a hassle. But once I was able to make an appointm department. Initially, I had some difficulty being connected to that department which was a bit of a hassle. But once I was able to make an appointment through Daniel Elliot, my experience was very positive and my van was in and out with an oil change in less than an hour. It was also nice to see and have a good conversation with a familiar face - Tiffany Jaynes - since I’ve been a loyal customer from 2012 to the present. More
We had a somewhat mixed experience with the service department at Champion, considering one warranty claim was denied and another one was successfully submitted, our car was in the shop for over two fu department at Champion, considering one warranty claim was denied and another one was successfully submitted, our car was in the shop for over two full months (due to a backordered part, but still), the wrong part was ordered so we had to wait to receive the proper one, and the service technician we were working with left the company during the whole ordeal. That said, Janae was a breath of fresh air during our experience there. She sold us a car that has (so far) been reliable, and she was able to close out our experience on a positive note, helping us out on the cost of the service repair for the car that had been in the shop forever. All in all, Janae earned herself a 5 star review. More
