Mrs. Rhoades, I am sorry for your frustration. Since 2014 we have changed your oil six times and performed several recalls. We have not made any repairs or flushes to your cooling or heating system. Please feel free to contact me with any way that I can help. Champion did as you asked and changed your oil and diagnosed your heat concern. I do not feel that we deserve the rating that you have given us. I would appreciate it if you would reconsider how you have surveyed us.
