Communication lacking The service rendered to my husband and me was quite mediocre. After dropping off our Jeep, the service department did not adequately communicate with The service rendered to my husband and me was quite mediocre. After dropping off our Jeep, the service department did not adequately communicate with us about the issues of concern. My husband had to call them to find out when would the car be finished. Conflicting answers were given by two mechanics. When we finally got the vehicle, there was little to no apology for our inconvenience. Although it seems as if the Jeep is working much better, the communication would have made it more of a pleasant experience. More
