After my oil change I mentioned broken part off of my vehicle that I failed to mention prior to. I also asked questions as I had a Freon leak in the past which is very unusual on a new vehicle. I was directed to call Jeep customer service and inquire about part price and or replacement. Also mentioned to Gene in finance about only 3 oil changes coming with this vehicle and as I customer I wasn’t aware of that because we’ve received other packages in the past with new purchases. Of course he mentions financing into vehicle now. It just always feels like it’s about the money all the time. Everyone is always extremely pleasant however it’s my personal opinion that it goes back to a sales pitch that doesn’t feel genuine and or authentic
