Looking to do a class action law suit, there are enough sketchy dealings with this dealership that it is more than likely to happen to them....again! BEWARE! RUN FAR AWAY. They take no accountability what so ever! They will scam you out of your money. Service department will ruin your vehicle to keep money coming in. But all the issues (initially purchase, two vehicles, Chrysler collections contacting us about the 2020 leased vehicle we left at the dealership, then having the vehicle for four weeks for an oil change, tire rotation, sun glass holder, and bumper cover coming off because they damaged the paint, and tried spray painting it in the parking lot, is just too much. To date, I've only been contacted twice....despite chasing updates. They can't or won't return calls, and their phone and communications systems are not utilized. Making an appointment on line resulted in three confirmations, and three reminders the day of the appointment, yet, when I arrived I was told they were booked and could not get me in. They could not see the appointment. I had planned on waiting, but left as they had not clue what was going on. You can't make this up..... More
Salesman sold me a protection package, saying certain things were covered. Yet,Service tells a different story, acting as if filling out a claim was a big deal.
