I can’t get anyone to answer my question on the phone so I’m submitting this in writing. I have a 2022 Ram 2500 Turbo Diesel Big Horn. I got a recall notice in the mail and brought it into the service depar I’m submitting this in writing. I have a 2022 Ram 2500 Turbo Diesel Big Horn. I got a recall notice in the mail and brought it into the service department to have the recall addressed. I brought it in on October 11th 2023, the service tech suggested that they should do a service on the truck while it was in the shop. I agreed to have a basic oil service done, tire rotation, the fuel filter replaced. When I got the truck back later that week, Cory informed me that they did perform the service but couldn't complete the recall and Andy Mohr would have to order the part. My check engine light was now on, which was not previously. I was told that this was due to unplugging or removing the item associated with the recall. Cory told me that the part would be in within a few weeks and that the check engine light could be ignored until that time. He said he would reach out when the part came in. I paid $816.67 for the service Several weeks past and I never heard back so I attempted to call in, beginning of Nov. I left several VM for Cory without a return call from him. I waited 2 more weeks and called in again, end of November, finally connecting with Cory. He did not remember my vehicle or have record about the recall. Once I explained that I had indeed brought my truck in, consequently paying them for a service. He proceeded to inform me that the recall part would need to be ordered and would be atleast 1 month. This was confusing as it had already been a month and that I had been told the part had already been ordered. Cory stated that i could bring my truck by and "he could see if they could do anything about the check engine light". I declined the offer and asked that we just address the engine light properly to get the recall done. He told me again that he would reach out. I waited through November and December without reaching out, expecting to get an update from someone about the recall part, I heard nothing. I called in this morning January 2, 2024 and spoke to a receptionist. She put me on hold and when she came back on she told me Cory was with a customer and that she would leave my name and number on his desk and he would call me back. After waiting 4 hours without a call back I called in and spoke to a different gentleman. He asked for basic information to pull me up in the system. I provided my name, phone number, company name, and truck type and he couldn’t pull me up. He put me on hold and when he came back he asked if there was any other name it could be under. I then provided the VIN number to eliminate any confusion. He took the VIN and said he would look into this and call me back. 3 more hours passed without a return phone call, I called in again only to ring through to a voicemail. I’m extremely frustrated. 3 months with a check engine light, which disables some functions of the vehicle (remote start, service messages, etc) I feel as though I was baited to come in for the service work that I then paid for but can’t get anyone to communicate the status of the recall. I contacted the dealership about a 2024 Ram 3500 I was very interested in. I worked with a person by the name of Alena Lee. She informed me that the truck was still available. On the day I went to the dealership, I contacted Alena again to let her know I was on my way and to verify the truck was still available, as it was about a 2 hour drive. She informed me it was still available. She also told me to ask for Jordon when I got to the dealership. Upon arrival, I asked for Jordon. He began by confirming what I was looking for in a truck. When I told him I was after a specific truck his response was "i know but that truck is not available". Apparently it was sitting in their service area for quite some time waiting on a part. He then proceeded to try and show me some other trucks that were close to what I was after, or doing a dealer trade. Jordon was very professional and very nice. I am not sure what kind of bait and switch scam they have going at this dealership, but I will walk everywhere before I would buy a vehicle from them. I have seen other reviews with similar experiences. You can make up your own mind, but I am going to avoid this dealership like the plague. More
The service is very poor. I was given a false approval by the sales representative. I also was told my payment be one number upon signatures it was much more and the financial I was given a false approval by the sales representative. I was given no paperwork on the vehicle what so ever given keys to drive off and then they began saying the bank wanted more documentation which I provided every single time and have proof of it they lied saying they been attempting to reach me and had not they began yelling and being rude being the vehicle back. Why would you allow someone to take a vehicle if it had not been 100% approved and you had an absolute approval from the bank. This has caused me a disturbing amount of distress I’m suing. Even the manager yelled at me and wouldn’t allow me to speak continuously speaking over me I’m sure based off his coworkers lies. I even submitted my personal information for them to get what they needed on their own so there be no more confusion. I submitted all the documentation that we had again the financial lies again saying he hadn’t received when again I had proof of such . I’d also spoken with another employee and sent him the documentation finding out he’d done nothing with it at all. I’d made clear I didn’t want to work with the rude unprofessional financial rep they’d continue to allow him to reach out to me. He refused to get on the phone and Janae Andrews tells me he’s not getting on the phone Bro he told u this and that which was a lie at that point it was something different. My Mom asked why they needed her personal card she was told for registration purposes and when I called the bank myself we were told it was all a lie. I began speaking with the manager at the bank they swore I was speaking with the wrong company when I was told they work both and it’s literally a click of a button and they work both. What we didn’t have we even sent off for it. It’s been the greatest mess I’ve ever experienced. I’ve never been treated and spoken to I’m such a manner as if I was not a human at all. You’d think that the customers would be treated with kindness and the bad responses on here would matter. Janae also asked for my phone to post a review I didn’t because she’s told me so many untruths. I no longer trusted her word but was in need of a vehicle so I left it alone when all along my family was telling things were not right run from them. Now I’m going through this but God definitely knows best and sometimes it’s his way of sparing us from things that aren’t good for us. It’s Blessings!!! The soaring that is I’ve asked for corporates information more than once I’ve been ignored and for the owner I’ve been provided with no information at all. More

We contacted the dealership about a vehicle we were interested in and obtained additional information. We then scheduled a visit for the following day. We communicated that we would be driving from eight hours away and received multiple confirmations that the vehicle was still available both prior and throughout our drive to the dealership. Once we arrived at our scheduled 1:30 PM meeting, we were informed that not only was the vehicle currently being test driven for the entire business day, but that a deposit had already been placed on it the previous day. We didn’t realize that the person we had been originally communicating with was not a sales person and had absolutely no knowledge of the vehicle or its availability, she was a scheduler. When we arrived at the dealership, we were passed to a salesperson who also had no knowledge of where the vehicle was or its availability for purchase. This salesperson had to ultimately speak to the sales manager to find out that the vehicle was essentially already sold 24 hours prior. The sales manager neither acknowledged our presence nor offered an apology. Furthermore, the pricing of the vehicle swung in increments of thousands of dollars over the course of the 108 days it was listed with no explanation from anyone as to why this was occurring (in fact, the listed price increased by $5,000 from the time we left from Kansas City to arriving in Indianapolis). We shouldn't have to take a screenshot of vehicle price when you contact the dealership, but the salesman was unaware of the previous price and it was very unclear from communications if they would honor the original price at which it was listed when we began first communication. We spent 16 hours on the road to purchase a vehicle that wasn’t even available. The manager sat 20 feet away from us ignoring our presence while our salesman tried to first get to the bottom of where the vehicle was, to only have the manager shake his head "no" and tell the salesman to get out of his office. The dysfunction and mismanagement at this dealership is completely unacceptable. More
