My experience with Rodney in Sales was great! He was helpful and had a great attitude. He addressed all of my concerns and made buying the truck much less stressful. I came in for a different vehicle, but after driving it I discovered it didn't suit me. Rodney did not pressure me to purchase what didn't work for me. He found the right truck for me instead. Took my old jeep to check the break light on it, they didn’t even check it, they said it would cost hundreds to find what is causing the light and since the brake is working fine. They didn’t charge me, didn’t even check it, they said it would cost hundreds to find what is causing the light and since the brake is working fine. They didn’t charge me, but the fact that they didn’t even bother to look at it and saying it would be hundreds to find out what is causing the issue is not right. What is diagnostic fee for? I know they didn’t charge me the fee but saying will cost hundreds? On their time? Not right at all. More
