Bought a 2020 5500 from this dealership with a reconditioning report done on it. Report looked very good and showed some minor repairs. Actually it showed they changed filters and wipers. Purchased the truck without getting under it due to the report I looked at and I assumed the mechanics did a good job. Paid 60K and took it home on a rushed deal. Took it for a DOT inspection and realized the steering damper was shot and was leaking (not just wet but drips…in army we call it a class 3 leak) and also the tail housing between transmission and transfer was leaking ( also class 3 aka dripping). It was $310 for steering damper which I replaced in my shop and I will have to send truck to dealer to fix trans leak. It’s my fault for not looking at the underside but I guess I assumed when it was “reconditioned” that meant everything was fixed during the inspection. I WOULD NOT recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a used truck or a “reconditioned” truck. Extremely disappointed More
