I went on Ramtrucks. com and put the reserve down on a new 3500 limited truck they had in stock and was contacted on the following Monday and told the person we would be d com and put the reserve down on a new 3500 limited truck they had in stock and was contacted on the following Monday and told the person we would be down that Saturday to purchase it since we live over 2 hours away which they acknowledged that. I found out 2 days later they sold the truck after that..no problem ...now I cannot seem to get my money back and was told they was trying to refund it through PayPal which PayPal is saying that no one from there has tried to refund me the money. Ive contacted multiple people at this dealership and now they won't even respond so I've had to escalate the situation with my banks Fraud dept! More

This was my first time at this dealership. I chose them because they had the color and trim level of the New Jeep Grand Cherokee I was interested in and their pricing was great! Rodney made sure I had all of my questions answered and that I was able to experience the vehicle during my test drive. I did that on a Saturday and went back Wednesday and bought my SUV. Everyone that I met from Owen the sales manager, Gene and Eric in finance and of course Rodney, my salesman, was an absolute pleasure.
