One of the worst experiences at a dealership so far. They supposedly went through the jeep that I bought and said everything was working perfect. On our way home driving the jeep, the turn signal wasn’t They supposedly went through the jeep that I bought and said everything was working perfect. On our way home driving the jeep, the turn signal wasn’t working. Had to take the jeep back in the next day to get wiring fixed. I called to see if the jeep was done or approximately when it would be done. It took me almost 2 hours to speak to someone in the service department to figure out the status. Turned out the jeep had been ready to pick up but I never received a call telling me this. Another part for the door was supposedly ordered because there was damage to the existing one. I again never received a call that this piece was in and had to continue to reach out in my own for about 2 weeks. When we were told that the part was in we spent 45 minutes in the dealership because nobody knew what we were talking about. Turns out the person that ordered it ordered the wrong part and apologized and stated he “was already in vacation mode and didn’t double check what was being ordered.” So now I’m currently still waiting for the part to come in. Salesman talked about how bad ray Skillman is but this place has been worse and severely lacks communication skills. Will not return or recommend unfortunately. More
