The service dept has had my vehicle for 3 weeks without the service completed. It was towed in days before my scheduled service. It was disregarded for days with no service attempted. I have been offered n the service completed. It was towed in days before my scheduled service. It was disregarded for days with no service attempted. I have been offered no restitution for car rentals while my vehicle sits waiting for someone to figure it out! The lack of communication just adds insult to injury. I have purchased 2 vehicles from here. I have a majority of my vehicular services performed at champion chrysler. I will proudly take my business elsewhere after I get my vehicle back! Initially, jamie was great until I kept i called 1 too many times for an update. More

Rodney Taylor was awesome to work with! He stayed after hours with us to see the deal all the way through.
