I'm a past customer of this dealer. I purchased a Dodge Caravan several years ago and was happy with the van and the service for that vehicle. So, I went back when in the market for a used car. The salesman (Kevin) is an extremely likeable guy. Family man and works hard. But I was just a couple weeks into my search and the price on the car I wanted was priced high compared to others I had found. I got a call from Kevin about a week after I had stopped by the dealership and he informed me that the price on the car had dropped from 17,400 to 16,500. The last thing he asked of me was to please stop back by before I purchased anywhere else and bring my best deal and he was sure he could make a deal that would make us happy. I like Kevin; so I committed to him I would. So after another week of searching around I found another car; same make, model, color, etc. There were differences!!! I was looking at a 2010, Champion's car was a 2011. But the mileage was very similar and thus the manufactures warranty still remained. That was important to me. Oh and their car was a 6 cycl. were the one I was looking at was a 4 cyc. So to be fair there were two significant differences. But their car had a cloth interior and the one I was looking at had all Leather. So I felt one could have washed out one of the differences based on value. Other than that, the cars looked virually identical. I liked the idea of the 4 cycl because it would be cheaper on gas and to insure it. Come to find out 6 cycl models are very rare in this model. So back go to Champion I go as promised. Took my paper work and said give me your best deal on the car you have and if good enough (knowing it would be higher than the 15,200 I was quoted from the other dealer. I sat there over 40 minutes waiting. Only to find out that the car I was interested in had gone back up in price to 17,400. So the price I was quoted over the phone was not a price at all. I did not expect them to beat the price I had. I expected them to put they're best deal on the table and see if we could come together. What a waste of time! Kevin is a nice guy and I would recommend him to others but sales managers can be insulting. And to chase someone down in the parking lot and say OK 16,500 is bad. At that point I just wanted to get out of there. Oh yeah, I bought the car from the other dealer for 15,200. the very next day. You know the sales manager boasted to me that he went $1800 OVER his Christmas budget. Who knows what his original budget was?? I know I could not even begin to afford half of his OVER budget $1800 for my family. I needed a car. Bad taste Rick! You must make a lot of money on used cars. More
I recently bought a Town and Country from Champion Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge. The General Manager, Barry, lived up to the reputation of "used car salesman". Prior to buying my vehicle I was told I would Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge. The General Manager, Barry, lived up to the reputation of "used car salesman". Prior to buying my vehicle I was told I would be eligible for the VIP program for life by my salesman which included free oil changes. This was one of my deciding factors since my payment was about $20 more /month than I wanted. I felt this perk off set the difference in the monthly payment. Upon signing the final paperwork, I was then informed that I was only eligible for 1 year of the VIP Program. My salesman was new so they called him into the ofice to inform him of his mistake. They did not offer to honor what I was told, which was disappointing. Another concern was that after a test drive I questioned whether the van had blue tooth capabilities. My job has me on the road quite a bit so this feature was very important to me. My salesman was unsure about this feature so asked the General Manager, Barry. Barry assured me the van had this feature even after I pointed out that when I pressed the Uconnect button a message popped up that said it was not connected. Barry said it just needed to be reprogrammed and instructed me to come in the next day to have someone set me up. When I returned with the van, I was informed it did not have Blue Tooth capabilities. Barry denied telling me it had the feature. The salesman then offered to pay for a blue tooth from Fry Electronics out of his pocket. Barry never came out to apologize or offer a solution when I confronted him further on this subject he went as far as to hang up on me when I caught him in a web of lies he wove over the past 2 weeks. I would NOT recommend buying a vehicle from Champion. I have to question the Integrity of a business that has such a person in a manager position. I am not sure how he sleeps at night making a living out of deceiving people. More

Champion out of the northside of Indianapolis is a great dealer to go to. Whether you need to buy a car or just get service the employees are very nice and friendly. But he is always there to answer a question or help if I needed it. If you are looking for a vehicle in Indy he is the guy to go see. He will help you threw your purchase process even if you don't buy from him. That is true customer service I would recommend Champion Chrysler Jeep dodge to anyone shopping for a car. And you have to work with Brandon Sutton he will take great care of you. I did not feel pressure or like I needed to take a shower when I left. This dealeship is not honest. I purchased a used 2007 Dodge Caliber for my daughter. I asked for their salesperson Tammy Spangler to inspect the car for me because I couldn't fly up personally see it fo Dodge Caliber for my daughter. I asked for their salesperson Tammy Spangler to inspect the car for me because I couldn't fly up personally see it for myself before delivery. Tammy Spangler was very dishonest, she said she walked around the car twice. She saw no dents, scrathes, car was perfect. Car was delivered to me, and I was shocked, car had dents, and also someone has taken a paint brush and hand painted the car down both sides. I have made several calls to the dealership and spoke to several people including the General Manager Dan Davis, all of who are very rude and told me they were not willing to do anything about the problem other then I was offered $100. The estimate to repair the car is $1300. This dealership is very dishonest and I would not recommend that anyone use them!!!!! Dawn Graff More

I really appreciate the great service! And a special thank you to Scott Strong today for the great financing rate he got me in purchasing my lease.
