He was also very courteous and very professional in our discussion and helped us tremendously in our decision. He took the stress out of buying a new truck. For that I will always be grateful. This buying memory will stick with us as long as we own our new truck. I was also very amazed at Champions large truck inventory to choose from. With their many choices it was not hard to find our perfect truck. Along with the perfect salesman made it a perfect day for us. We plan to cherish our new truck and this experience. Everyone we spoke with throughout at Champion were very courteous, very helpful and very professional. Including during our finance experience with Gene Allen. He was very helpful and accommodating. Gene helped guide us through the many choices we had to make in closing out our deal. Gene was our last stop to close out the deal. He went out of his way to make us feel comfortable and relaxed. He also helped with explaining the unlimited warranty and additional interior and exterior warranties of which we purchased both. If Champions service is as good as their sales and finance staff I will take my truck to them service. One final comment. You won't find a better priced vehicle if you are lucky enough to work with Scott Walker and Gene Allen. I definitely recommend to anyone to buy from Champion ! More

Mission Accomplished! Shopping for a good used vehicle isn't one of my favorite things to do but on this particular Journey it has ended in success (so far). Located several vehicles on-line and did some looking. After seeing several that was of interest I visited Thomas Porter at Champion. He was a real professional in his showing the vehicle and was cooperative in securing recent maintenance information concerning the suv. After a lengthy negotiation with Thomas and his Manager, a logical reason for NOT lowering the price was given and excepted. A few issues with the vehicle couldn't be negotiated because of the investment that Champion had already put into the suv. Since purchasing the vehicle I have spent several hundred dollars addressing those issues. (Replacement wheel, wireless fob, and a section of wheel-well trim.) Gene Allen explained the offered maintenance agreement in detail and very professionally. Haven't had the vehicle for an entire month yet (less than 100 miles) but so far, I am pleased with the purchase. Thank you Thomas and Gene for my experience with Champion.
