Words cannot express how amazing the service, support, patience and transparency was throughout my entire experience with my recent purchase. My husband and I went in with a budget and a specific make and model in mind. We were very upfront and honest regarding our trade in as well as our budget. Damian King met with us, listened to our wants and needs, showed us what he had in stock and then invited us to sit down and crunch figures. My husband is a hardball when it comes to negotiating, and previous salesmen and general managers at other dealerships would argue and walk away from our potential business. Damian took the time to listen and work with his sales manager and finance manager to not only get us the new vehicle we wanted, but at the terms that fit our budget. Damien was cool. collected, patient and down to earth even joking along with us when other salesmen might have crumbled or gotten frustrated. He was also understanding and respectful to our position, putting in many steps and trips back and forth with his sales manager. We were also given an amazing deal on our trade in that we had never gotten at other dealerships. All of this was done, paperwork completed and I drove off the lot that day in a new 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee limited on an observed holiday when banks and business were closed! I will never forget this experience and Damien or Andy Mohr Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram because they have been the one and only dealership who I have felt truly looked at us as people and wanted to see us happy in our vehicle and not as just another sale.
