If I could give 0 stars I would. My fiancé and I purchased a pre owned Jeep 4 weeks ago. When purchased we were told we could bring it back and get it “certified”. It took 2 weeks for someone to tell us how to go about this, once we maid an apt we were told 4/5 hours. 4 days later our car was done. We picked up the car and drove home to get a call 1 hour later for us to come back and REDO our entire loan paperwork because it had been lost. We then asked what do you get when your car is “certified” and we were told they didn’t have any info but they would e mail it to us. 4 days later and 4 phone calls later we have yet to receive that e mail. Every time we have been to the dealership we wait FOREVER and no one seems to have any clue what is going on and getting someone to call/email you back is xxxx near impossible. Idc if they gave me a car I would never buy anything from this dealership again nor recommend it to anyone. More
By far the best sales woman ever! I bought my car almost two years ago and she still keeps in contact. Wishes me a happy bday with a gift. Very genuine and that goes a long way. DJ was great to work with. The only issue I have is with service and their communication. This place is has definitely declined since my wife and I bought a Jeep from here 2-3 or so years ago. The staff we originally dealt with for our first deal were absolutely amazing, the sales rep was Karl. I bought a Jeep from here 2-3 or so years ago. The staff we originally dealt with for our first deal were absolutely amazing, the sales rep was Karl. I have since returned to this dealership, under a new name, to purchase another Jeep Grand Cherokee. The sales rep, Steven, has not been bad. But the manager that is approving and negotiating numbers has been absolutely rude and disrespectful. I came in here for my wife to test drive the Jeep and Durango that she wanted because she had to work. I informed the dealership that she had already obtained financing for the vehicle, which ever she would chose to purchase. I was told that was not an issue as B of A was a preferred lender for them. Upon agreement of trade and final purchase price the manager then states to me, we can’t use that, we have to use our banks and you will need to do a credit application here and we will do everything. Upon telling him that we were happy with the B of A rate, he told me that he’s “losing money” for me already and that in order to make the sale, we must use his banks. But 10 minutes prior I was told that B of A is a preferred bank of theirs. They also told me that since I removed the ziebart package, he was raising the care package from $1,181 to $1,499. That is unacceptable. I explained that to him, I was informed that this is what needs to happen for him to sell the vehicle to us. I have never in my life been told I have to purchase extra stuff in order to purchase a vehicle. I am unsure if it is because Andy Mohr took over the dealership or not. I have also never been told by a dealership that I MUST use the bank of the dealerships choice. But it’s just not been a satisfactory experience. I will never advise people to visit this place to search for a new vehicle. More
