I am writing this review to share my recent experience with Andy Mohr CDJR and to advise potential buyers to be cautious when dealing with this dealership. I encountered issues related to false advertisin with Andy Mohr CDJR and to advise potential buyers to be cautious when dealing with this dealership. I encountered issues related to false advertising, misrepresentation, and pricing discrepancies during my interaction with them. I had been in communication with a salesperson named JoJo and Sales Manager Owen Walker regarding a 2023 Ram 1500 listed at $65,916, with a dealer discount of $14,804 and an additional Ram incentive/rebate of $4,100. Unfortunately, I did not qualify for the Ram incentive, but I was eligible for a $1,000 Manufacturer Bonus Cash Rebate. The dealership required financing through Chrysler Capital in order to purchase the vehicle, which was not an issue for me. Before proceeding with the transaction, I requested a breakdown of the sale. I was asked to provide my credit information as they did not want to "waste their time." Though I was capable of purchasing the vehicle without financing, I submitted my credit application to move forward. Subsequently, the dealership changed the vehicle's price from $65,916 to $68,981, reducing the dealer discount from $14,806 to $11,739. Despite my frustration with the price change, I decided to continue with the increased price of $68,981. However, the buyer's order included four unnecessary add-ons totaling $3,076. I was told that if I did not accept these add-ons, the vehicle's price would increase to $72,981. Moreover, the salesperson mentioned that the "ETCH and Key Replacement" ($578) had to be included, as they were "like our dealer fees." It's worth noting that this dealership faced a class-action lawsuit in 2019 regarding similar issues. I have never written a negative review about a business before, but I believe it's crucial to inform potential customers about my experience with Andy Mohr CDJR. I strongly advise buyers to be cautious when dealing with this dealership, as the misleading advertising, misrepresentation of pricing, and unexpected fees may lead to an unpleasant and disappointing experience.
