This dealership was very busy. We were taken care of quickly. Even though we were there for about 4 hours i feel as busy as it was the process went as quickly as it could. I felt bad for the finance team as they closed at 6pm and when we went to financing at 7pm there were still about 4-5 others behind us. More

My salesman, Rhyse, was clearly customer focused and did a great job working with me through the deal and with follow up items afterward. I'd be more than happy to work with him again. But, maybe at a diffe a great job working with me through the deal and with follow up items afterward. I'd be more than happy to work with him again. But, maybe at a different dealership. The dealership itself I would say is very average. Particularly disappointing was the $1,300 "security" fee they tried to add on after we'd already negotiated a price for the car. We eventually agreed to $400 for it. But, that was just irritating. More
