This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a dealership. I came in for a simple oil change at 3:30 p.m. and ended up sitting there for over two hours with no explanation. When someone finally spoke to me, the general manager came out with a stack of papers claiming my car was “unsafe to drive” — something that made absolutely no sense because I had no issues before coming in. To make matters worse, as soon as I left the dealership, my car started making a loud noise that wasn’t there before. When I contacted them about it, they brushed me off and blamed it on “pressure from lifting the tire,” which felt like a lazy excuse. I left feeling completely disrespected, frustrated, and taken advantage of. It’s unacceptable for a company that claims to value customers to treat people this way. I will never return to this location and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. More

My initial visit went well. Later, I realized that an insufficient amount of oil was put into my truck and calls to my service advisor went unanswered. Great sales department, but the service department, not so much. Had an 8:30 appointment for the first service on my 2025 Silverado, was told it'd be a while because there were some ahead of me. At 8:30 and there's already people in front of my SCHEDULED appointment? Anyway, I waited well over 2 hours with an early SCHEDULED appointment. I plan to go elsewhere for my next service. More
