DO NOT trust this dealership — they are selling vehicles with serious mechanical issues and trying to hide them. I inquired about a 2018 Nissan Titan and asked up front if there were any known problems. I with serious mechanical issues and trying to hide them. I inquired about a 2018 Nissan Titan and asked up front if there were any known problems. I was told “no” by Linda and Matt. They sent me a clean Carfax and a dealer inspection report (which conveniently declined to replace a valve cover gasket, despite it being recommended). I told them I would be sending an independent mechanic — they said the truck had passed their “170-point inspection” and no issues were found. When my mechanic arrived early for the appointment, they suspiciously moved the truck to a remote corner of the lot and tried to delay giving him the keys. Once he inspected it, he immediately found a very loud and clear engine knock — and FaceTimed me live to show it, both from inside the engine bay and from underneath. He said the engine had clearly been abused and that I should walk away immediately. He even speculated that they may have intended to use Seafoam or additives to cover the knock before his appointment time, but since he arrived early, they didn’t have the chance. Whether that’s true or not, this kind of behavior — ignoring or hiding major engine problems from buyers — is dangerous and dishonest. I ended up paying $245 for my own inspection, but it saved me from buying a truck that would have cost $8,000+ for a new engine shortly after purchase. This dealership repeatedly claimed there were no problems with the truck, then tried to pressure me to drive hours out to buy it after I’d discovered the issue. They’re clearly trying to offload a bad vehicle on an unsuspecting buyer. Avoid this place. Do your own inspections. Don’t trust a word they say. More
Trevor Sherron, in the finance department, was fantastic and went above and beyond. Besides that, we will not be purchasing another vehicle from Andy Mohr Chevrolet and will not be recommending anyone to go and went above and beyond. Besides that, we will not be purchasing another vehicle from Andy Mohr Chevrolet and will not be recommending anyone to go there either based upon our experiences with our salesperson and the service department. Joe Warfield, our salesperson, had ZERO respect and consideration for our time and made it apparent we were only important until we signed the deal. During the negotiations he would tell us repeatedly, “about 10-15 more minutes”, and we’d still be waiting 45 plus minutes later. He would bring us back a number, but then it felt like we were pulling his teeth to get an explanation of what was or was not included in the number he gave us. He’d then tell us he’d be right back, and we would wait longer to get half of the information we had asked for. Trevor Sherron is truly the reason we ended up purchasing from Andy Mohr. He took the time to go over everything with us in detail and even contacted the lender several times to get us a better rate. Up until we sat down with Trevor, we weren’t sure if we were purchasing from them or not. We had to bring our uncle back the next business day with the code for our GM discount. Joe knew for a couple of days the time that we’d be there and that it was a little bit of a drive for our uncle. Joe gets the number, and then tells us it’ll be awhile before he can get it verified because he needed to go and talk to some other customers first! We told him that wasn’t acceptable because we had already been waiting and our family member was getting frustrated. We had to bring our 2025 Silverado Trail Boss back the next day day because the tonneau cover that was supposed to be installed before we picked it up, was not installed even after receiving a text from Joe Warfield telling us we were ready to go. Took it back the next day to have it installed after confirming with him that we’d be able to get a loaner to go and grab dinner during the 1.5 hours it would take for the install. We get there, and Joe acts totally surprised about the loaner and gives us a vehicle covered in pet hair that smelled like a litter box. The tonneau cover did get installed and we love it! After getting our truck back from the installation, we immediately had a service issue with the power tailgate and contacted Joe. Joe instructed us to make an appointment with service for about a week out so they’d work on our truck as soon as we dropped it off, versus making a sooner appointment where he said it would sit there all day until someone touched it. He told us he’d have a loaner for us and scheduled the service for 8AM. We get there a little early, get checked in, and then meet Joe to get the loaner. Once again, we were given a litter box smelling fur blanket to drive for the day, with less than 1/8th of a tank of fuel. Joe tells us, “that should be enough fuel for you to make it to work”. We ask him if there’s any way he could put fuel in it and he tells us to meet him at the gas station on the corner, where he proceeds to put $10 worth of fuel in the tank. It’s whatever at this point because it’s already been a process. We wait all day and hear nothing about our truck until 3:47 PM, telling us it needs a new module and they can’t get the part until the next day. Our options were to keep the litter box and pick our truck up the next day, or drop off the litter box and get our truck, knowing we would have to bring our truck back the next day to get the tailgate module installed. We haven’t taken it back for that yet, so fingers crossed it actually fixes it! Oh, and we will be waiting on it while they replace the module. When you spend $70K for a new vehicle, we don’t think it’s asinine to expect to be treated like you are valued and your business is valued. More
Andy Mohr had my car for the last 7 days and did not come close to fixing issue at hand. They have damaged my vehicle in the process of fixing it. New scratches and messed up bumper. All they can say is t close to fixing issue at hand. They have damaged my vehicle in the process of fixing it. New scratches and messed up bumper. All they can say is the tech was new and we will have someone new work on car. Come to find out it is the same person all four times. I have only had my car since 4/30/25 and i have only had my car 6 or 7 days. More
I was not told the truth about a repair that was supposed to have been done on a used vehicle prior to my purchase. The technician obviously just cleared the code. I took the vehicle back to have the repair to have been done on a used vehicle prior to my purchase. The technician obviously just cleared the code. I took the vehicle back to have the repair done and the communication with me as the customer was very poor, I had to go into the dealer twice to get a good answer. Very frustrating More
The Mohr dealerships Flip auction vehicles without inspection. Also clear dash warnings. A short test drive did not reveal what we found wrong on the 45 mile drive home… transmission was slipping, whe inspection. Also clear dash warnings. A short test drive did not reveal what we found wrong on the 45 mile drive home… transmission was slipping, wheel sensor light came on indicating wheels sensors were bad, back up camera did not work, one tire had a slow leak and later found a/c did not cool. And it took 2 months to get the title. Do not recommended these dealerships, later realized they were not even in good standing with the BBB! More
